Before Your Appointment
To ensure everything goes smoothly:
Each signer must be present at the time of notarization
A valid, government-issued photo ID is required
Documents should be complete, but not signed in advance
Please have all pages ready for review upon arrival
During Your Appointment
Identities will be verified in accordance with Oregon state requirements
Documents will be reviewed for completeness
Signatures will be properly witnessed and notarized
The process will be handled efficiently and with attention to detail
Every appointment is handled with care, professionalism, and respect for your time and situation—whether routine or more sensitive in nature. My goal is to make the experience as comfortable, clear, and stress-free as possible.

Notarization
$10 per signature (Oregon state maximum)
Mobile Service Fees
0–10 miles: $25
11–15 miles: $30
16–19 miles: $40
20–25 miles: $60
26–30 miles: $70
31+ miles: $70 + $1 per additional mile
